- Recruitment: We recruit our manpower through our recruitment centers and mobile recruitment camps. Strict guidelines for educational standards and physical standards are followed. Our recruitment officers duly verify the addresses and credentials of the selected candidates.
- Training: The selected candidates undergo a 10-day training program at our training academies where they are trained on the following:
- First Aid.
- Fire fighting (Detection & Prevention)
- Fire fighting (Detection & Prevention)
- Customer Service Skills : Industrial relations, Documentation, Aptitude for Environment Management. Handling communication equipment (Intercom, Telephone, Fax, & walkie-talkie)
- Deployment: Successful candidates are deployed at the respective sites, where they undergo On Job Training. Our instructors design post specific SOP’s for the Guards.
- Monitoring: Our Quality control division and QRT carries out night checks and routine checks on regular basis.
- Control Room: With our round the clock operational Control Rooms we attend to complaints spontaneously with the help of our Quick reaction teams and patrolling divisions.
- Quarterly Inspection & Audit: Our Security consultancy & designing wing carries out security audit on quarterly basis free of charge, they provide valuable inputs to improve the existing security systems & set up.
- Monthly M I S reports: We shall be sending you monthly intelligence reports based on our findings & Observations.
